My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.
Maybe you micromanage yourself, frequently strive for the approval of others or have a fear of never being good enough. In our work together, I will support you in creating a safe and forgiving sense of self every step of the way.
Treatment & Interventions
I understand the importance of feeling secure and proud of oneself before taking steps towards becoming your most authentic self.
My unconditional positive regard and genuine curiosity aim to validate your experiences within a non-judgmental space so that you feel understood and supported while growing throughout your mental health journey.
Together we will help you learn and grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
